These Campo de Veja sneakers are made of chrome-free leather, its inserts are made of suede and its soles are made from recycled materials.
The leather has been tanned without chrome in Brazil in an environmentally friendly way, without chemicals or heavy metals.
The suede on the panels has also been tanned in an eco-responsible way. It is coated with water repellent oils to make it waterproof.
The soles are made of 54% ecological materials (rice waste, Amazonian rubber and recycled rubber).
Sensitive to social and environmental issues, Veja is a French eco-responsible sneaker brand.
Its commitment is reflected in fair working conditions in Brazilian workshops and the choice of ecological raw materials: organic cotton, recycled materials, low-chrome leather or even wild rubber.
Aware of the limits of their socio-ecological strategy, the founders have undertaken a process of total transparency.
